Issuing gives each customer their own money endpoint — starting with a per-customer Virtual Account at BCA, Mandiri, BNI, or BRI, with cards and wallets on the roadmap. Every issuance and movement writes to the Straventa Ledger, so balances stay provable and auditable. Use it for collections, escrow top-ups, and closed-loop wallets.
