Terms of Service
Plain-language terms that cover your use of straventa.com. Paid use of our products is governed by a separately signed Master Services Agreement.
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing straventa.com or any sub-domain, downloading our materials, contacting our team, or booking a demo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These Terms cover the website only — paid use of any Straventa product is governed by a separately signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Order Form.
2. Who we are
PT Straventa Teknologi Indonesia, headquartered in Jakarta. Contact: [email protected].
3. The website
The site exists to describe our products, share documentation, and let prospective customers contact us. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any page at any time without notice. Live product environments are not exposed through this domain.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to break, scrape at scale, or stress-test the site; (b) submit malicious code or attempt to bypass security controls; (c) impersonate another person or company in our contact forms; (d) use the site to compete with us or to train competing models. Violations may result in your access being blocked and, where appropriate, referred to authorities.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site — logos, copy, diagrams, illustrations, code samples — is owned by Straventa or licensed to us. You may quote short excerpts with attribution for analyst, press, or academic purposes. Everything else requires written permission.
6. Pre-sale information
Pricing tiers, feature lists, deployment timelines, and roadmap items shown on the site are indicative and may change before contracting. The MSA and Order Form prevail over anything published here.
7. Forms and demos
Information you submit via contact or demo forms is handled per our Privacy Policy. Booking a demo does not create a customer relationship; that begins only on signature of an MSA and Order Form.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website itself; production product SLAs live in customer agreements, not here.
9. Limitation of liability
For website use only, our aggregate liability is capped at IDR 1,000,000 or the maximum permitted by mandatory law, whichever is greater. Liability for paid product use is governed by the MSA.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved in good faith will be submitted to the District Court of Central Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat).
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes are announced at the top of this page; continued use of the site after the change date means acceptance.
Questions on these Terms?
Our legal team is happy to walk procurement through any clause and to share a redlined MSA on request.
