For Crypto Exchange

Crypto Exchange

Reconciliation across your exchange ledger and bank statements, KYC orchestration, and configurable transaction monitoring. Travel Rule, sanctions screening, and on-chain ingestion are not built.

Persona we built this for
CFX-licensed exchange · IDR-pair-focused · daily volume IDR 800B

Travel Rule is a wall every regulated exchange has to climb, counterparty sanctions screening cannot add hundreds of milliseconds to a trade, and fiat ramps have to reconcile against more than a bank statement. What Straventa ships today is the reconciliation and monitoring layer underneath that. The crypto-specific pieces — Travel Rule, sanctions screening, and on-chain ingestion — are roadmap, and we would rather say so than sell you a slide.

How this is built to behave

Exchange-ledger recon
Nightly
your ledger and your bank statements reconcile on the overnight cycle, with breaks raised as aged exceptions
Monitoring rules
Configurable
rapid-trade patterns expressed as rules feeding a compliance-case queue with dual-control report staging
Fiat-ramp recon
Two-leg
bank statement against exchange ledger, matched automatically; the on-chain leg is roadmap, not shipped

These are product properties and design targets, not measured customer results. Where a figure is a target it says so. We will run the numbers against your own traffic before you commit to anything.

Pains we take off your desk

The four things your team is losing sleep over

Travel Rule
Not built. VASP-to-VASP originator and beneficiary exchange is on the roadmap and we will not pretend otherwise on a compliance page.
Sanctions on every counterparty
OFAC, EU, UN, and PPATK lists screened before settlement, fast enough that traders don't notice.
Rapid-trade typologies
Wash trades, structuring across pairs, and stablecoin layering surfaced as cases — not buried in alerts.
Fiat ramp recon
IDR off-ramp reconciles the bank statement against your exchange ledger. On-chain transfer ingestion as a third leg is not built.
Typical rollout

From kick-off to production

1
Week 1–2
KYC tier upgrade
Existing customers re-tiered through the orchestrator with source-of-funds capture for tier-3.
2
Week 3–5
Monitoring rules
Rapid-trade patterns configured as monitoring rules feeding the compliance-case queue.
3
Week 6
Fiat-ramp recon live
Bank statement and exchange ledger reconcile nightly, with breaks landing in the exception queue.

Why this works for crypto exchange

Travel Rule (FATF Recommendation 16) support is not built
Wash-trade and pair-structuring patterns expressible as monitoring rules
On-chain transfer ingestion is not built
