Odoo Enterprise bills per user per month, which taxes exactly the people you most want inside the app: mandor, site staff, and the crews doing the check-ins.
Procore publishes an unlimited-user model priced against annual construction volume — the price rises with the size of your project book, whether or not the app got used.
Spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group cost nothing on the invoice. They cost a rebuilt BOQ, a missing material request, and a handover report assembled from memory.
On-premise deployment inside your own infrastructure is a Straventa service engagement — Kubernetes or Docker, hardening, HA, backup and restore rehearsal, and a handover runbook — scoped and priced separately.
